Please, before returning your package, send me an email to notify me of the return of the jewelry (in its original condition and package) by providing me proof (photo and / or tracking number) of the package sent.

Please also note that pepí reserves the right to refuse a return if the above criteria, is not met.

We do not offer return labels. Return shipping cost are carried by the customer.

As soon as we have processed your return we will issue a refund.

If the transporter loses the package, we cannot be held responsible and no refund can be made.

¡ Tips to protect your sunny jewelry !

All jewelry is vulnerable to the hard knocks of daily life. Protect them by avoiding extreme temperatures, constant banging, scratches and harsh chemicals to minimize damage or wear.

Also, our pepí(tes) do not like water, we highly recommand removing your jewelry when bathing in fresh water, sea water and chlorinated water.

Avoid spraying perfumes or applying creams directly to the jewelry.

Care should always be taken when wearing delicate materials and gold plated jewelry.

Always pack your jewelry with love and care.

Our sunny jewelry are handmade in France specifically for you and the production time is about 1-3 days before we will send it to you.
